Requirements and Competencies
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
• Must be able to push/pull 10 pounds
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Must be available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. be able to work open, mid, and closing shifts; weekends & holidays
Desired Qualifications
• At least three years of office experience
• A valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain a company driver’s license
• Intermediate skills in SAP, RCM and ORCA
Primary Responsibilities
• Performs basic Control Center duties such as answering telephone calls and logging all calls into a call database
• Use a radio to dispatch calls
• Assist customers with equipment key sign-in/sign-out procedures
• Create and close-out SAP work orders
• Research PO and requisition history/status in SAP
• Run weekly work order reports
• Update RCM records and database
• Perform daily Inventory Management tasks in SAP
• Train new hires on basic Control Center duties and computer applications
