Director, Brand Marketing & Development, The Beauty Collection
The Condé Nast Beauty Collection is seeking a Director to help develop, execute and manage partnerships and licensing-related marketing programs that enhance our brands’ point of differences and/or build new audiences and revenue streams. The Director will work on projects related to various titles within our collection including Glamour, Allure, Brides, The Scene, Lenny Letter and Goop. A minimum of four years relevant marketing or account management experience – and strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required; digital marketing/media, research, retail/eCommerce, licensing and/or finance experience a plus.
Responsibilities include:
• Working with VP, and Executive Directors, Brand Marketing, to:
◦ manage/operationalize existing partnerships/programs to ensure results are on point
◦ identify/help build new brand franchises that can be scaled and monetized
• Liaising with the Condé Nast Licensing group on existing product and content licensing efforts, and helping forge new opportunities
• Collaborating with marketers to develop go to market materials for partners and/or sellers on various programs to help drive interest, excitement and investment
• Helping assess and translate brand strengths into new business opportunities (beyond media)
• Writing presentations/pitches in various brands’ voices that achieve goals/underscore mission as well as contribute (verbally) to brainstorms and meetings
• Tracking program elements and creating comprehensive recaps for internal and external contacts
• Managing multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
