Reporting to the Director, Marketing – eLearning & Assessment, you will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution of our Nursing Concepts Online and Simulations solutions in support of nursing and allied health education programs. This role will partner with product, support, training, and sales to deliver effective product marketing and sales enablement that drives revenue growth and customer retention.
Your responsibilities
• Enable the field to clearly articulate the Nursing Concepts Online and Simulations value proposition through development of sales training material and a comprehensive suite of sales tools that support the buyer journey;
• Monitor the product health of the Simulations product line and determine key performance indicators to measure performance against goal;
• Analyze the market and competitive landscape using existing and new market data to create product marketing strategies that ensure our product meets existing and emerging customer needs;
• Serve as an internal and external evangelist for Nursing Concepts Online and Simulations; while providing subject matter expertise when working with internal marketing, sales, and support teams, as well as existing customers and prospects;
• Develop and execute yearly product marketing strategic plans;
• Contribute to pricing strategy and participate in pricing and sales forecasting activities;
• Plan the launch of new products and releases while co-managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan;
• Be the expert on your customers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and related takeaway strategies;
• Create, update, and maintain product information that supports efforts of multiple sales channels;
• Partner with integrated marketing team to execute the channel marketing strategy for Nursing Concepts Online and Simulations products to drive awareness, demand, and acquisition;
• Collaborate with sales, client services, training, and support teams to drive satisfaction, retention, and renewal
What you should bring
• B.A. or B.S. in Business, Marketing or related degree
• 4+ years in Marketing or Sales, Product Management experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to travel 15-20%
