Position Overview

And we're looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. AU includes learning conferences for professionals, a growing and indispensable library of online resources, and a community of like minds committed to advancing careers, reshaping industry practices, and defining the future of work.
Responsibilities
• Propose creative, cross-platform projects and initiatives
• Build, execute, and optimize social media plans that drive awareness of our program, engagement with online content, and registration for main event
• Leverage best practices to move the needle on both organic and paid engagement
• Create media to accompany our stories on social, like gifs, quote images, and platform-specific graphics
• Foster relationships and conversations with industry thought leaders, influencers, and social media community members
• Collaborate across departments to develop social strategies and campaigns
• Post to and monitor a range of social media accounts, simultaneously
• Manage the daily social content calendar based on program updates, initiatives, and marketing campaigns
• Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of content and campaigns
• Monitor relevant social discussions about the company, competitors and industry
• Work with other social media teams across Autodesk to share best practices
• Perform other related duties as assigned based on the business need, such as event strategy and digital marketing support
Minimum Qualifications
• B.S. or B.A. in advertising, communications, public relations, journalism or related
• In-depth knowledge and solid experience (3+ years) of social media management
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, juggling several simultaneous tasks
• Organized, self-managing, team player. Working well collaboratively is a must
• Passionate about all things social media and constantly learning about new tools, approaches, and best practices as social platforms evolve
• Have a firm grasp of social media trends and how each major platform differs
• Knowledge of social analytic tools for measuring the impact of social media program and ROI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Enthusiasm for change, and corresponding flexibility with workflow
• Able to show some successful engagement campaigns he/she has done in the past
