Basic Purpose and Objectives
Provide quality management assistance to projects. Provide reports based on project needs. On board remote employees on various Pearson systems. Prepare images and other digital materials for use in Pearson systems. Send out mass communications to remote employees.
Overall Functions and Responsibilities
• May be required to work a rotating shift schedule.
• Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage mass email communication to remote employees.
• Perform problem resolution, troubleshooting and diagnosing of various reports issues during the administrative process.
• Ensure customer quality, customer satisfaction and customer availability goals are met.
• Run daily reports based on project needs.
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of remote employees on various Pearson systems.
• Maintain and update hiring records as necessary.
• Contribute to on-going department process development and improvement.
• Responsible for independent resolution to routine issues, and for notifying management of non-routine issues which need immediate attention.
• Provide complete documentation of issues handled.
• Respond to general information queries and basic technical and/or product and service questions.
• Must have the ability to provide after-hours support, including weekends, as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education, Skills and Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree or comparable education and experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word is required.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Access, Adobe Photoshop, HTML and Mailchimp is desired.
• Must have excellent English oral and writing skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Must be able to prioritize and complete tasks to meet project needs.
This is a temporary, non-benefit eligible position located in Iowa City. Local candidates only please.
