Job Summary:
The ideal candidate is detail oriented and can input large amounts of data to ensure accuracy, has strong communication skills and experience with video programming. Additionally, they will be technologically savvy and understand the changing competitive ecosystem. The position requires passion for and attention to the customer experience as well. Must be able to work cross-functionally to communicate programming changes and updates. This individual will work closely with the Division Marketing and Communication groups to understand the needs in this space. They will also work with our corporate partners to understand national initiatives and requirements. In addition, they will work with Engineering at Division and Region (Addressability, Conditional Access, headend, and CIBO). Builds strong working relationships with Regional, Corporate, and Division teams. Existing Video Product knowledge is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain data in programming database (Apex)
• Enter and maintain data in Comcast Store for channel line-up accuracy
• Work cross functionally with 3rd party vendors and corporate partners for channel line-up accuracy
• Coordinate with Einstein, Customer Strategy, Marketing, TechOps etc on all channel changes
• Update 3rd party vendors on all programming changes
• Manage monthly corrections in Apex and with corporate partners
• Audit line-ups for packaging accuracy
• Create and track JIRA tickets
• Input CIBO tickets
• Create and submit notifications to Division Communication teams (i.e. Bill messages, CIR's, etc)
• Work cross functionally as champion for Video Product
Core Responsibilities:
• Researches, writes, and develops supporting marketing materials and presents recommendations to Marketing Manager or internal committee.
• Reviews literature pertaining to the current marketing project and previous marketing materials used in the assignment area.
• Acts as a point of contact for questions on department communications materials.
• Provides leadership and oversight to lower-level Marketing Specialists.
• Gathers materials of competitive companies in the field.
• Assists in translating business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge, and understanding of customers, products, and industries.
• Helps to create reporting to measure success of Marketing programs.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
Education Level-Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Years of Experience-Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
Additional Requirements:
• Detail oriented
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Ability to work in an independent setting on recurring tasks
• Exposure to CSG
• Experience with Einstein
• Project participation experience
• Video Operations experience, a plus
