The Role
As Human Resources Strategist, you will be responsible for maximizing HR’s business impact by managing projects that support our department and in turn deliver business results. This role reports directly to our Chief Human Resources Officer and will support initiatives that align with CAA’s overall business strategy. This role will also lead individual projects which support the HR Team. The ideal candidate will have a consultative background in Human Resources and have the ability to lead initiatives that require a high level of collaboration and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track all work for the HR Function, make sure work is integrated and deadlines met
• Provide leadership and preparation for key partner and Operations Group meetings
• Lead and coordinate key strategic initiatives across CAA
• Lead special HR projects on behalf of CHRO and WW HR Team
• Partner with HR Team to help resolve project barriers and integration issues
• Help provide data and analytics (people related) for key business leaders
• Organize and coordinate HR Strategy, meetings, activities
• Manage company and department calendar and ensure deadlines met
• Support HR Team with internal communications, HR team development, meetings
• Help team coordinate procedures and work to improve processes for clarity, efficiency and success
Background:
• Consulting experience in the areas of Human Capital Management
• Passion for business success through people and people development
• This role has the potential to grow into an HRIS Analyst, Recruiter or HR Business Partner
Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field
• 7+ years overall in Human Resources
• Highly experienced with project leadership, coordinating and management
• HR trend watching and curious about new HR practices
• Impeccable managerial, leadership and interpersonal skills; high emotional EQ
• Must be able to handle highly sensitive information and maintain confidences at all times
• Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
• Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills
• Business minded and strategic planner
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
• Effective, versatile and action-oriented
• HR Knowledge based on a combination of theory, learning, research and hands-on experiences
• Technical Skills: Workday (preferred), MS Office (including PowerPoint or Keynote), Power BI
