Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be an experienced program manager, who is eager to design, launch, and manage a robust service features development process in support of our efforts to scale Autodesk’s Enterprise Priority Support services. In this role, you will partner with our offerings and delivery teams to drive the creation and maintenance of our catalog—customer success and adoption service features for our most strategic enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
• Develop, launch, and manage a development pipeline, from concept thru end-of-life, of features of our Enterprise Priority Support service
• Establish and maintain governing bodies/roles to enforce criteria for promoting features thru the development pipeline
• Define, maintain, and enforce requirements for service feature delivery considering brand, offering, segmentation, and experience standards
• Act as the point of contact for catalog development for the Enterprise Priority Support services we deliver
• Partner with our offerings team to launch new catalog items and service entitlements
• Monitor and report on feature performance: use, expected v. actual outcomes, etc.
• Keep our features, their lifecycle stage, and their performance highly visible and accessible to the organization
• Partner with our readiness teams to be sure our delivery teams are prepared, including supporting tools, training and documentation
• Engage our process analyst to help optimize and document the development process
• Leverage Autodesk standards—brand assets, processes, systems, tools, teams, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
• You have 5+ years project/program management or similar experience
• You have proven product development expertise
• You are able to initiate and nurture relationship at all levels
• You are a strong negotiator and master collaborator
• You have a demonstrated ability to facilitate working sessions and drive outcomes
• You have excellent communication skills in English
• You have a strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
• You are able to travel (less than 30%)
Preferred Qualifications
• You have LUMA Innovation Design experience
• You have your Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• You have customer success experience
• You have a Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer
