Responsibilities
• In collaboration with the management team and Operation readiness team, identify the topics for which communications to the sales reps are required
• Determine the appropriate communication methods to maximize the content consumption
• Manage the creation of the content and script to be delivered by Sales Help to the worldwide sales teams
• Deliver Stay on Track sessions to various audience
• Review case management analysis and Chatter activities to identify needs for additional communication
• Maintain session attendance records and report on attainments
• Provide ongoing training to the Sales Help specialists on the topics required to provide daily support to Sales
• Establish strong collaboration with the BSM teams and maintain high level of awareness relative to the business transformation
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 3 years’ experience in Sales support role
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Sales Tools process and procedures
• Ability to work in matrixed organization structure
