Position Summary:
The Manager of Affinity Partnerships will actively support SiriusXM's effort to acquire customer leads for new owners of used vehicles with inactive satellite radios, with the goal of marketing trials to subsequent owners. This individual will manage existing partner programs as well as identify and assess business opportunities with potential partners in the automotive service/repair, insurance, warranty, finance and related businesses. For viable opportunities, the Manager will support the Director, Affinity Partnerships to build business cases for approval, and work with colleagues in Legal, Finance and Privacy to finalize contracts and garner approvals for new and existing partner programs. The position will play a key role in partner launches and implementing ongoing marketing programs, including analysis of partner program & campaign performance.
Candidates must have strong relationship management skills along with program/project management skills and marketing campaign execution experience, digital marketing preferred. This individual will report to the Director, Affinity Partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Optimize existing marketing programs to improve number of trial activations and subscriber acquisitions among pre-owned vehicle owners.
• Collaborate with Marketing Implementation team to develop point of sale, online and event marketing programs tailored to support partner/program objectives.
• Analyze high-level marketing program data to drive optimization of existing partner programs.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to get agreement on contract terms and existing program enhancement projects.
• Support implementation and launch of marketing programs with new partners.
• Manage set up of data exchange processes, collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure efficient processing of supply chain records.
• Identify prospective companies to expose new owners of pre-owned vehicles to SiriusXM programming and grow SiriusXM's subscriber base.
• Develop relationships with existing and target prospective companies in the automotive service/repair, insurance, warranty, finance and related businesses.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience required. Degree in business, marketing or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience with a strong marketing orientation (digital preferred) and relationship management background.

Technical Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
