Client Success Manager, Media Partners & Platforms
We're seeking to hire a Client Success Manager, Strategic Platforms to join our Client Success team in our NY office.
The role will own all facets of the customer relationship with digital ad platforms and ad networks to successfully service, retain and grow revenue within existing accounts. The Client Success Manager is responsible to increase/maintain client usage of IAS technology, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that client campaigns meet goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a main point of contact for mid to high-level contacts at display and video ad networks, platforms and exchanges currently using IAS data and technology
• Liaise with operational teams to manage the timely completion of data and tagging integrations
• Identify campaign performance gaps and present specific opportunities for improvement using IAS pre-bid targeting segments and other customized data solutions.
• Create and provide best practices that guide platforms towards successful interpretation and usage of IAS products.
• Create and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for key stakeholders that highlight the business benefit and results delivered by IAS
• Manage contract negotiations and agreement renewals
• Assist and liaise with operational support staff to troubleshoot and resolve campaign performance or operational issues timely
Experience:
• 3+ years’ experience in a digital client-facing role; publisher, platform, ad tech or agency experience required
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and solving problems
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and advise clients on how to improve media quality performance using data
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
• An understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and the interactions therein between ad networks, SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, third party ad servers, and data providers
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Office 365, especially spreadsheets and presentation software
