Position Type: Regular - Full-Time
Position Summary:
The Analyst, HR Technology & Analytics will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining the HR System including configuration, testing, training, ongoing support, interfaces, and security management. Will work with vendor on system related changes and upgrades. Will assist in gathering and documenting requirements from the HR functional leaders and providing data analysis and analytics as requested. This role will also be responsible for quality control and audits related to HR Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Configure HR System to meet requirement specifications.
• Participate in system implementations and coordinate and test system changes and upgrades with vendor.
• Prepare and distribute HR analytics and metrics.
• Maintain security and safeguard confidential information.
• Provide system training and ongoing support.
• Perform quality control and audits of HR programs.
• Run data audits, and research and resolve reporting/data entry discrepancies.
• Support HR Operations with ad-hoc projects, reports, data analysis and information requests.
• Assist with data updates, imports/exports.
• Document internal processes, training manuals, and controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR technology and analytics required.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Technical Skills:
• HRIS experience within ADP or other SaaS based HRIS preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and Access.
