Position Overview
This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to lead strategy and execution of industry marketing, product and content marketing and events across new and emerging product lines for our Construction business line.
As the Integrated Marketing lead, you will guide the development of industry and product content that feeds development of high and low touch campaigns as well as develop the event strategy for Autodesk in the Construction industry. You will be responsible for optimizing marketing spend, refining and optimizing the end-to-end high and low touch campaign strategy and tactics for customer acquisition and conversion. You will direct product and content marketing managers to develop compelling and relevant content to drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
The ideal candidate must be strategic, customer centric, able to develop innovative solutions to maximize the overall customer experience, data driven, take initiative, and have a well-rounded digital marketing background including understanding of the online channel to acquire customers, retain them and drive brand awareness. Experience and knowledge of how to drive brand awareness, building community and loyalty is critical. The candidate must have experience in managing, directing and building teams as well as have a proven track record for driving results. Experience in and understanding of the Construction industry is a plus.
Your entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach will be key in driving the digital strategy forward.
Responsibilities
• Optimize marketing spend, refine and optimize the high and low touch end-to-end campaign strategy and tactics for customer acquisition and conversion as well as expansion
• Accountable for execution and performance of all marketing programs for the Construction business line
• Oversee management and reporting of marketing team, including in-depth analytics of ROI based on program and campaign execution
• Drive development of thought-leadership and customer journey content designed to accelerate business momentum and better engage customers based on content needs of campaigns
• Direct execution and optimization of targeting, creative, media, and budget allocation to maximize results
• Oversee the creation of product and content marketing deliverables to reach target personas
• Working with product marketing, become an expert on our target audience, messages that appeal to them and the company’s tone: know what buyers care about, how they buy, and their buying criteria
• Overall accountability for performance of integrated marketing programs to drive business results
• Development of event strategy for internal and external events including industry events, customer events and development of communication and participant nurture plans
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue, customer acquisition and conversion growth goals through optimization and marketing campaigns
• Envision, hire and build out a Rockstar team
Minimum Qualifications
• BS undergraduate degree, MBA a plus but not required
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise B-to-B marketing or digital marketing experience
Preferred Qualificiations
• Experience in construction is a plus
• Strong underpinning in modern digital marketing tools, inner workings and technologies for optimizing spend and maximizing results
• A keen eye for detail and marketing creativity
• Capable of understanding our product value and feature set from a benefits standpoint
• Very strong written and communications skills – must be able to communicate the value proposition of the company, able to create original content, edit existing content, etc.
• Unafraid to try new things or challenge the status quo
