We are looking for a rockstar lead that will join our Workplace Services team called The Roadies! As the lead of The Front Stage team you will conduct what happens “on stage”. The reason why there are no service tickets coming in is because your team is proactive and quick on their toes. No stone goes unturned when identifying areas for improvement within the 577K sf of space.
What you’ll do
• Effectively Manage and lead Coordinators/Sr Coordinators and Receptionists
• Set and execute clear strategies for each functional category under your direct oversight; maintain ownership over team and the execution of specific functional categories such as:
Reception Coverage
Mailroom
Updating web pages specific to Spotify’s intranet and office management
Jira ticket assignment and open ticket monitoring
Requests for lockers
Visitor registrations
Badge requests and issues
Event catering, cleaning, security and furniture set up
Car service requests
• Develop policies and procedures that drive efficiencies
• Demonstrated leadership in owning and solving challenging situations for the Workplace team or Spotify’s overall business
• Able to adapt to changes in business or dynamic work environment through personal development or procedures
• Consistently engage with Spotifiers
• Skillfully developed and managed partnerships with internal partners (IT, Security, HR, Finance, Social)
• Demonstrated project management technical and soft skills, including managing other internal partners Proven and recognized expertise in their area of focus
• Recognized as a problem solver and thought leader<strong

• You are extremely team oriented – It will be important for your team to be one with the larger team both in NY and globally.
• You are a mechanical and visual person – This role requires someone who not only can visualize the outcome of projects prior to committing to them but also someone who has a mechanical mindset to see how the pieces will come together.
• You have strong outstanding verbal and written communication skills – As you will be required to communicate with internal stakeholders, vendors and other GWS team members your written and verbal communication skills must be of a business professional level.
• A person with a love for design is a must!
