Duties:Create experience design principles and concepts that guide projects; guide projects and business development efforts; orchestrate and facilitate client communications like presentations or workshops; coordinate creative efforts by teams to ensure a cohesive vision for how people experience the final product; define strategies to pitch and sell projects; act as the client facing representative and creative driver for each project we produce; estimate creative efforts for project planning purposes and advise on creative staffing for teams; guide multidisciplinary teams through the life of projects with demonstrated proficiency in executing experience design tasks and deliverables, including design research, wireframes, storyboards, diagramming, specification documents, presentations, prototyping, and testing; responsible for driving our design studio culture by leading efforts and initiatives internally to build a practice of creative curiosity and design excellence; provide thought leadership through speaking engagements, conferences and events.
Requirements:
Employer will accept Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design or related field, and 1 year of experience in job offered or 1 year of experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 1 year of experience with the following: Design Principles/Strategy; Design Concepting; Cross-disciplinary Design Collaboration; Wireframing/Storyboarding; Concept Diagramming; Presentation Document Design; experience drafting Design descriptions or specifications); Design Software (Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools); conducting Design Research including performing interviews, observations, user worksessions’, desk research); User Testing and Quality Assurance; Client Presentation Skills; Client Charette/Workshop Facilitation; Client Relationship development; New Business Proposal Writing and Presentation; Creative Effort Estimation/Planning. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
