Position Overview
The Senior Production Support Analyst is a vital role to the Autodesk team. The ideal candidate must have experience leading teams in a global support environment overseeing customer facing applications.
Responsibilities
• Provide Level 2 Incident Management support for Order related applications with a goal of meeting business service levels
• Take ownership of critical issues, enlist proper representation from other IT support teams and drive towards resolution
• Automate manual enterprise operations tasks and optimize business process to reduce workloads & create proficiencies
• Monitor and maintain operational readiness of Enterprise Applications including AWS hosted applications
• Support Autodesk enterprise growth and ensure stability through maintenance activities on Enterprise Applications
• Strategic thinking, excellent verbal, written and Presentation skills.
• Design, develop, re-factor, optimize, and enhance web application software utilizing Java and other open source technologies
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
• Coordinate activity between Business Units and IT to drive open action items to closure. Requires effective communication and task tracking skills
• Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on reporting applications to business units and users
• Represents the needs of the business, function, or geography on a project by project basis to ensure consistency between business requirements and technical design
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related quantitative field
• 10+ years’ experience in SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM application
• Experience in IT policies, procedures and standards
• Experience in leading global production support teams
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
• Experience in Order life cycle management, Booking, Billing, Customer Access
• SQL / NO-SQL / General Database experience
• Start-up mentality
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
• Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; Ability to think abstractly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new technologies
