Overview
We are seeking a Regional Director to oversee the operations and client relations of a segment of accounts within a region. The Regional Director will manage the strategic development of the existing client base by enhancing relationships at all levels within the client’s organizations and by ensuring the highest levels of service and client satisfaction. Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, add-on sales and profitability through structured planning and the management and development of the client services team. Build senior level relationships with client contacts.

Responsibilities
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Develop and manage the relationship with other Regional Directors, Sales Managers, and Regional Operations Managers
• Ensure that each region receives the same training offerings
• Prepare and organize strategic training and employee development initiatives
• Develop and deliver training modules
• Create and communicate training requirements
• Participate in site audits
• Provide guidance on the creation and delivery of training modules
• Manage the strategic development of the existing client base within a region by enhancing relationships at all levels
• Ensure the highest levels of service and client satisfaction through the Sales and Operations teams.
Qualifications
This position requires operations and financial knowledge, plus a minimum of 10 years experience in facilities management and operations as well as working knowledge of a service organization. Requires leadership ability, superior interpersonal and communications skills, public speaking and negotiation skills. Must be highly motivated to attain company goals, both qualitatively and quantitatively. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Significant experience in a customer service oriented environment. Experience interfacing with executive level customer contact.
