Description
This position will support the growing FS1 studio division of Fox Sports with a hand in content, coordination, and administrative responsibilities. Working directly with the VP of Studio Production, this position will handle tasks ranging from organizing and managing development grids, assisting with content research projects, internal presentations, logistical and strategic planning for studio production group, scheduling, calendar coordination and expense reports.
Responsibilities
• Coordinating content grids with programming, ratings, and emmy information.
• Organizing clip reel requests and building out internal presentations.
• Working closely with Production Coordination team to help with logistical and strategic planning outside of the day to day show operations and tailoring and communicating between the studio teams and support groups that they collaborate with.
• Support of Content Senior Staff with administrative duties.
• Support studio show talent as needed.
Qualifications
• College degree preferred. Previous experience in administrative and / or sports position is strongly preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Superior organization skills and attention to detail are required at a minimum.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required. Resourceful and quick-thinking research skills are a must.
• The ability to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities and daily time constraints is required.
