Job Overview
NextRadio is changing the landscape of broadcast radio, launching new media products and services to our clients. We are looking for a friendly, tech oriented and driven individual to join our Customer Care team. As a Customer Care intern, you will help to ensure our NextRadio customers and vendors have a great experience on the NextRadio App products.
The successful candidate will help us keeping our radio station database updated and will help with tasks related to the support of the Radio broadcasting industry hottest growing NextRadio listening mobile and automotive platform, as well as help with tasks related our reporting system and the onboarding new B2B clients.
The ideal candidate for this position is a detail oriented person and good communicator who love helping others. The candidate would have an opportunity to experience working for a great company as well as to learn modern radio broadcasting operations and technologies.

Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Research radio station information, database validation and updating
• Research radio station logo artwork and editing to a required format
• Research radio station streaming information and radio streaming testing
• Help with setting access to the proprietary data reporting solution
• Help with setting access to our technology platform (TagStation) and tracking accounts in SalesForce
• Help with inquiries from B2C customers who request NextRadio support via our ticketing system, Google PlayStore or Apple Store
• Processing and following up on alerting tickets
• Other support related tasks as directed
• Contribute to a positive work environment, and embody the NextRadio culture
Desired Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will possess the following skills/abilities:
• Currently enrolled in a Associates Degree program or higher in Technology related field of study
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Interest in technologies and processes
• Team oriented, helpful, professional, focused and positive
• Willingness to learn radio broadcasting and enjoy working with new technologies in fast paced environment
• Positive attitude focused on quality customer service for internal and external clients
• Customer support experience is a plus
