Position Overview

As we grow our business the Customer Success organization continually introduces new ways to create customer value and bring new service offering to the market. This job is equal parts product management devotee, marketing communication artist, and growth marketing guru. You will join an amazingly supportive and encouraging team of experts responsible for Autodesk's customer success offerings, from concept and design to development and adoption. You will work closely with business managers, service delivery managers, industry marketing teams, sales and customer success managers to create, execute, monitor, and optimize our go to market activities. You will create; service growth plans, content, and collateral that will be used to drive adoption of our services by both Autodesk and 3rd party partners across the globe.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving the long-term success of our new service catalog offerings by developing and launching offerings campaigns and readiness programs that drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy. You will partner and guide service development teams to bring new offerings to market while focusing on in-quarter adoption results through a scalable, predictable and repeatable process.
• Partner with business, marketing, and service delivery teams to shepherd new services offerings to market
• Working with Autodesk business teams and partners to understand the needs of 3rd party service providers to deliver professional service offerings
• Work directly with our partner program business team to understand our partners business capabilities and offering needs
• Represent Autodesk and partner needs when build and executing go to market activities for services
• Communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Working with technical teams to articulate the value propositions, positioning statements and key differentiators of new service offerings
• Deliver material growth in the availability and adoption of our services catalog with impactful and repeatable cross-channel awareness and adoption programs
• Create compelling, comprehensive, and easy-to-understand assets including, competitive positioning documents, FAQs, cheat sheets, sales tools, brochures, videos, and more for all funnel stages
• Design, run and measure experimental communications and engagement activities by developing an experiment backlog, capturing learnings, sharing results, iterating and implement winning experiments
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute the business & service marketing strategy
• Create and maintain project schedules related to launches, audiences, segments, and programs
• Drive awareness, understanding, and readiness with sales and customer success managers
• Work with sales teams to create sales plays to will empower their teams across all phases of the sales cycle
• Track, measure and report against objectives

Minimum Qualifications
• BA/BS degree with 5+ years' experience in marketing, B2B, SaaS or B2C experience preferred
• 2+ years in product management or product marketing management or growth marketing
• Domain knowledge or experience in one of our key industries
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an impeccable eye for detail
• Comprehensive understanding of the GTM process
• Customer-centric mindset
• Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent the Customer Success Strategy team with professionalism and self-sufficiency
• Ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
• Excellent interpersonal skills required in order to build strong relationships with sales, support, customer success managers, industry marketing organizations and partners
• Knowledge of customer success or professional services business landscape
• Basic analytical skills including the ability to generate and digest KPI's and performance data
