Job Summary:
Manage all aspects of plant maintenance.
Maintenance Supervisor
Orlando Division
The Maintenance Supervisor for the Orlando Division is responsible for managing the maintenance, operation and appearance of our inventory. This position oversees three FTE’s to repair lights and electrical work, managing our brush cut and our ongoing vegetation management to protect and preserve our visibility, and is the liaison between Operations and Real Estate in communicating with our landlords and conducting and resolving conflict management on sites, and manages resources to ensure efficient completion of new builds/construction and digital conversions. While not exclusive to this list, duties include:
Vegetation Management
Works with Real Estate Department personnel on applying for DOT vegetation permits Scheduling of in-house personnel or contractors to perform tree trims, mowing, or land clearing to maintain visibility Works with Real Estate & landowner/tenant to schedule work, access and resolve access issues Prepare MOPs for maintenance work (i.e. tree trims, mowing, etc.)
Capital Projects
Prepare MOPs for capex projects Works with Operations Manager on Capex budget Schedules/Coordinates capital jobs with contractors to get work completed Works with R.E. & landowner/tenant to schedule work, access and resolve access issues Works with Operations Manager to order material(s) for capex projects from multiply vendors
Fleet Maintenance
Maintaining the scheduling of service and or repairs for the fleet vehicles Scheduling yearly mandatory DOT inspections on DOT vehicles Works with Operations Manager & NACB to schedule mandatory yearly crane inspections Place new insurance cards & registration in vehicles Works with his team to perform monthly inspections for crane/bucket trucks
Building Maintenance
Prepare MOPs for building maintenance or repairs needed Schedule in-house personnel and or contractors to perform maintenance or repairs to facility as they are needed or requested Conduct monthly plant inspection
Misc.
Purchase monthly supplies for multiply Ops departments and building Helps develop and install special effect projects (i.e. Halloween Horror Nights)
Other duties as assigned
Education:
• Associates Degree or equivalent secondary education desired
Work Experience/Qualifications:
• 5 years of construction management or related experience required
• Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office platform required
