Job Title: Manager, Organizational Change Management
Job Summary:
External change outpaces most organizations’ capacity to adapt, leaving them prey to competitors that are more agile. New management techniques, borrowing principles from the agile development movement, help organizations execute more quickly, often at speeds greater than market trends, giving them real business advantage.
As a Manager, you will contribute to strategic change, organization design and governance, culture and technology adoption solutions that enable the success of transformation goals for industry leading clients.
The successful candidate will contribute to the definition and execution of Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives that lead to high quality delivery for our clients’ customers and stakeholders and foster industry-leading capabilities..
Responsibilities include, but not limited:
• Contribute to one or more work streams related to OCM service line offering (change management, organizational design, governance, operations and process mapping, and communications and training)
• Assess impact of change on organizations, using assessments of readiness, technology, performance, and organizational culture, for change
• Define and execute activities to support change and transition initiatives (stakeholder alignment, change impact assessment, transition phasing, response planning, adoption monitoring)
• Set policy, standards, and controls with ongoing monitoring and optimization in support of digital governance activities
• Support organizational design recommendations, including a POV for structure, roles, accountabilities, talent requirements, centralized vs. distributed models
• Develop and deploy training and communication strategy, plans, and rollout
Experience Guidelines:
• Required:
◦ Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Master’s degree, equivalent combination of education, training and work experience may be suitable
◦ Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role, with experience in change management, organizational development, and to activate experiences, platforms, campaigns and organizations
◦ Ability to travel 80-100% of the time (Monday – Thursday/Friday)
◦ Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
◦ Strong problem solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
◦ Demonstrate ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
◦ Demonstrate ability to employ research and analytical thinking
◦ Demonstrate capabilities in team work and leadership S
◦ Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
