Responsibilities
• Serve as the voice of the Service Partner and provide feedback to internal teams on how Autodesk can better serve our customers
• Help Service Partners Accelerate adoption of new solutions by helping prioritize projects and support activities that deliver the best ROI within the shortest timeframe
• Define the Named Account Service Partner requirements in year one working with Sales based on demand, GEO needs and relationships
• Work with Solution Executives and Sales team to align the right partners with the right services opportunities based on account needs and partner capabilities
• Take lead on defining governance plan, establishing teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and partner contracts as needed
• Assist in helping our Partners develop a business plan and strategic roadmap/Customer Success Plan for their key Customers to ensure the successful and broad adoption of Autodesk solutions
• Monitor the co-selling and co-delivery activities with assigned Partners in key Customers
• Work with Partner Coaches on identifying and closing gaps in partner capabilities and monitoring delivery status and quality
Minimum Qualifications
• 10+ years of Customer and Service Partner facing roles and experience in managing Service Partner programs from ideation, to execution, to effectiveness analytics
• Demonstrated experience in presenting, advocating and streamlining the relationship between Software Vendor and Strategic Service Partners
• Proven experience working in a high-paced environment and known as a leader who focuses on outcomes to drive the business requirements
• You are a self-starter that thrives in the face of challenge. You are relentless in clearing obstacles with a resourceful and collaborative approach to problem-solving
• You are experienced at leveraging a combination of industry knowledge, business strategy expertise, consulting expertise, and account management to influence Partners
• Strategic thinker who can assemble ideas, create detailed plans and guide teams to manage and deliver programs at scale across geographies and industries
• Must be comfortable in a start up like environment where the program is continuously evolving
• You display high energy, maintain a positive attitude, have contagious enthusiasm and a sense of humor that helps you and those around you adapt to the changing business environment
