Digital Marketing Manager, Trial Experience
Position Overview
Seeking a talented, self-directed Digital Marketing Manager to drive trial communications across the Autodesk product portfolio worldwide, through a proactive, data-driven approach. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing division.
The ideal candidate will have extensive background in effective multi-touch digital marketing campaign development, deployment and management that delivers high conversion rates and drive sales. Expertise in nurture campaigns via marketing automation platform a must. Strong background in digital marketing best practices and hands-on experience developing test and learn plans that are data-driven. Additional responsibilities will include optimizing ongoing programs, defining key metrics, creating content, reporting, and performing deep analysis to improve the effectiveness of all digital marketing programs. The Digital Marketing Manager must collaborate with and effectively work across geos, divisions, roles and organizations including Field Marketing, Web Production, Industry Marketing, Product Management, eCommerce, and Web Analytics.
Responsibilities
• Leads the day-to-day development and management of digital email and trial marketing including project management, QA, deployment, testing, and reporting
• Applies email and digital marketing best practices to determine new opportunities that will improve the trial experience
• Builds strong relationships across a global team to ensure achievement of business objectives
• Drives and makes recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage trialers within digital channels (e.g. cadence, frequency, etc.)
• Develops and executes test plans to refine messaging and drive conversion
Minimum Qualificactions
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing with a heavy focus on email and in product marketing
• Bachelor Degree in marketing, economics, business, engineering and/or relevant field of study
• Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics
• Familiarity working with front end and back end web production, and working with licensing framework models
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo)
• Background creating web pages using video hosting programs (e.g. Wistia), and creating test and learn plans that continuously improve program engagement
• Strong understanding and knowledge of email and digital channel best practices, innovation, and technologies
• Expertise in managing and executing budget allocation using Ariba, including management of vendor relationships
• Familiarity with roadmap programs to plan marketing strategy and communications (e.g. Product Plan)
• Experience in eCommerce, high-tech products/services
