We are looking for someone to help support us in our Marketing Insights business. This is a key role in helping to manage projects for one of America’s most iconic brands as well as a great opportunity to build a career with a leading global marketing and consumer insights consultancy.
You will work closely with people at higher levels on multiple studies on one of the largest accounts. Your primary responsibility will be the primary liaison between client and Kantar Added Value research teams. We are looking for candidates with a good understanding of the fundamentals of quantitative market research and excellent client servicing skills.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Candidate must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidate must be very detail-oriented, a self-starter, fast learner, creative, enthusiastic and conscientious. And he/she must have excellent organizational, communication and writing/logic skills.
KEY OUTCOMES
Project Management
• Able to execute the project process independently, thoughtfully, accurately, thoroughly and on-schedule
◦ Assist in proposal preparation, pricing, drafting client emails and obtaining client approval
◦ Help set up projects and coordinate/communicate with fieldwork operations.
◦ Flag field and/or finance issues and contributing to resolving them
◦ Keep track of all projects from a financial aspect, conduct finance audits and purchase order retrieval
• Juggle multiple projects and ensure all trains are running on time
• Demonstrate high attention to detail – this is a must
• Understand the value of getting the job done and going above and beyond for clients
• Accommodate different working styles and needs
• Help manage, mentor and develop Jr. project staff
Client Service
• Day to day ‘go-to’ person for key clients
• Handle client and internal requests with a positive attitude
• Responsible for conveying client requests to teams, establishing internal and external timelines, providing status updates, calendar management and auditing deliverables.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Analytical (Preferred)
Has a comfort level in:
• Writing basic questionnaires
• Setting up, running and edit/proofing data including cross tabulations for ongoing projects
• Checking questionnaire programs for logic, accuracy, and completeness
• Looking at data and writing basic complex analysis and subgroup analyses
• Creating analyses and PowerPoint reports for Sr. review in a data and story driven format
CAPABILITIES
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong client service and administrative experience
• 2 years of quantitative market research experience preferred
• A solid understanding of Quantitative methodologies
