Position Overview
The Technical Support Representative III (Representative, Tech Sup III) will be responsible for all national technical support activities and responsibilities provided to all our customers including dealer engineers, virtual imaging engineers and customers.

Responsibilities
• Provide timely technical support to all our customers
• Create various technical documentation and submit it to the field
• Schedule and provide all technical training
• Responsible to keep all technical documentation updated based on the latest product enhancements
• Coordinate all field support visits and activities with our dealers, VI customers and dealer customers
• Project manage and coordinate special and miscellaneous technical support projects, including project management with other service groups within Virtual Imaging
• Plan, develop and create technical support policy and procedures based on management request
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong technical background in one or more of the Medical Imaging disciplines preferred
• Strong technical abilities and troubleshooting skills required
• Ability to read schematics required
• 3 - 5 years experience
• Occasional 25% travel both national and international
