Description
Inspects and ensures that all arrangements are provided according to schedules and specifications.
Qualifications
Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. Well organized and detail oriented. A minimum of 3 to 5 years food and wine preparation experience preferred. Lead and coordinate sales functions and productivity of the catering staff. Excecise general responsibitlities necessary to minimize operation cost and maximize operations profits. Able to work hours necessary to complete functions and responsibilities.
