Description
Responsible for the administration of all HR Benefits Programs, monitoring enrollment, reviewing and reconciling monthly payroll deduction forms.
Qualifications
Min of 2 yrs experience administering employee benefit plans. Familiarity with both health/welfare and 401(k) plan provisions, along with an in-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA. Bi-lingual capabilities (Spanish/English) a plus.
