Responsibilities
If you are detail oriented, with a customer service focus, this may be the position for you!
Contracts Representatives are responsible for managing and processing equipment orders and returns for business system products and services including: Copiers, printers, fax machines, document management solutions and related software.
This position requires experience with Excel, strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and proven customer service skills.
Specific duties include extensive interaction with clients and internal departments to resolve billing and customer service issues:
• Enter Work Orders and Contracts with high attention to detail.
• Work with internal and external customers to resolve billing and service issues.
• Manage a weekly report utilizing Excel.
This position will cover multiple Time Zones, so the hours will be 9:30am-6:00pm
Qualifications
• Your qualifications must include College Degree.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
• Advacned Excel Skills. (Formualas, V Look Up's)
• Prior data entry experience is a must.
• Strong telephone and interpersonal skills are also a must.
• Oracle experience a plus.
