Job Summary
TheProject ManagerIIIensures that all services and documents supporting the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Last User contract are completed on time and within budget and that efficient resources are available to support this effort.
Job Description
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff member
• Reviews project proposals and/or plans to determine time frame, funding limitation, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
• To ensure that systems, processes, and methodologies as specified are followed to sure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery.
• Attending client service review meetings; areas covered will include performance reports, service improvements, quality, and processes
• Identifies areas of process and system improvement driven by data and reporting.
• Ensures SLA’s are archived and client expectations are met (or exceeded)
• Work with the account team gathering customer requirements
• Implement and manage customer requirements
• Supports training, communications, and change management within the organization.

Qualifications
Education Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant job experience. Relevant job experience is described as:
◦ Job experience in similar industry
◦ Job experience with similar essential duties
• 5+ years’ direct customer service experience
• PMP Certification
• ITIL Certification desired
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proficient with Microsoft Project
• Manage Projects across functional projects/programs
• PMP Certification
• ITIL Certification desired
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proficient with Microsoft Project
• Manage Projects across functional projects/programs
Education
Bachelors or Equivalent
Masters or Equivalent
