The Global Customer Service Deployment team is excited to offer an opportunity to support our customers and business for our wellness-related products. The role would require the candidate to ensure we are ready to provide non-technical issue resolution through establishing and governing service options, spare part availability, and managing the product service life.
The Wellness Service Deployment Coordinator will work collaboratively prior to product launch with our Global Service Readiness Technical Program Manager, employing our internal service readiness process. Post product launch, the role will coordinate the ongoing service process by being the global customer service contact for non-technical resolutions, partnering with Technical Services Group, Supply Planning, Data Maintenance, Contact Centers, Repair, and Quality organizations to ensure we can facilitate a World-Class customer experience.
What is Global Customer Service Deployment?
Global Customer Service Deployment is comprised of 3 main functions: Customer Service Project Management, Business Systems and Process, and Data Analytics. Through these functions, we manage all aspects of Customer Service process and policy, operational effectiveness, systems enablement and enhancement, contact center implementations, and our product service strategy. In supporting these diverse functions, we partner with many groups throughout Bose to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
