Requirements
Purpose of the Role:
The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for the design and the development of fundamental and complex reporting solutions as well as sales forecasting, reporting analytics and dashboard creation. This individual will partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing and Customer Experience teams to understand their reporting and data needs and to help create insightful analysis. While working with sales leaders in various regions to develop a set of standardized reporting dashboards across the company using Einstein Analytics, he or she will also be partnering and become a key person for a group of internal stakeholders to create and maintain various data sets.
Responsibilities:
Reporting/Analytics
• Create, customize and maintain Salesforce Einstein Analytics dashboards.
• Develop user-friendly and action-oriented reports, tools, and dashboards for all stages of the funnel by working with key sales leaders allowing them and other stakeholders to run meetings and manage their groups using Einstein Analytics, Salesforce.com and other reports.
• Develop a forward-looking pipeline package that calculates trends based on historical pipeline and activities and is used to drive business decisions such as incentives, restructuring decisions, sales headcount etc.
• Use BI tools to combine various data sources to create 360 views of transactions and sales accomplishment including opportunities, activations and billings.
• Develop charts, graphs and data visualization and create an executive scorecard that captures various KPI’s for the funnel, activities, activations, sales attainment and other
Data Accuracy
• Run and create data audits to identify issues within data and work to resolve root cause
• Monitoring data to ensure that it meets data quality expectations
• Escalate issues and risks proactively to technical leads and develop mitigating actions
Process Mapping / Training
• Document data mapping and define specific data fields, capturing rules and data requirements
• Provide insight in managing system configuration specifications, training manuals, and other internal system documentation
• Providing explanations and briefings to colleagues and users on topics related to analytics and data
• Educate internal stakeholder on the creation and maintenance of Einstein Analytics dashboards to expand the usage of the tool and meet the increasing demand for new and more sophisticated analytics and dashboards.
Skills/Experience:
• 3+ years CRM analyst experience in mid to large-size enterprise organizations.
• Expert in salesforce.com and data visualization.
• 3+ years of experience with CRM data visualization tools e.g. Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Power BI.
• Expert with Excel, incl. index and sumifs functions.
• Experienced with VBA Macros.
• Experienced with Powerpoint, Google docs, Google sheets and Google slides.
• Demonstrated experience in business process mapping, business requirements design, data analysis and end user testing required.
• Experienced working with executive management.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Style that fosters teamwork working collaboratively with others across various business units to achieve common goals and positive results.
