As a member of the Bose Professional Product Development Operations Group, the Business Operations Analyst's primary area of focus will be on global supply chain planning and execution for new products. This role will take on ownership of all tasks in support of effectively delivering new products and technologies to our customers in a way that will enable long term operational success in the Pro Audio market. The Operations Analyst will work closely with the Pro Engineering, Product Marketing, Global Sales teams, etc., and be responsible for the supply chain analysis, planning, and execution activities for products being introduced to the market.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
• Advanced understanding of end-to-end global supply chain principles and materials management best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer oriented thinking.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Self-management and very high ability to work independently and able to meet committed dead-lines through successful time-management.
• Effective at holding others (including superiors) accountable for dead-lines.
• Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Business Operations, Supply Chain, or Materials Management.
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a business planning or analyst role.
• SAP (ECC, APO)
• Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
