Manager, PeopleOps Business Partner

The Ellation PeopleOps team is looking to hire an experienced Manager of PeopleOps Business Partner who is excited to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate is outgoing, truly passionate about people and people process and is looking to help drive change in a positive way throughout the organization as we continue to scale.
The Manager, PeopleOps Business Partner’s primary focus will be to ensure that our technology and business teams have continuity and that we are actively managing communications and people process across our global offices. The Manager, PeopleOps Business Partner shares strong values as it pertains to enabling and empowering the Ellation SF, Moldova and Tokyo technical teams and is excited to join the team and foster improvements on People process and People initiatives.
Areas of Ownership
• Manages a team of PeopleOps Business Partners
• Passionate about leading and motivating the team through change
• Manages and maintains close relations with the Engineering and Product Organizations
• Participates in staff meetings across the business units, and within the PeopleOps organization
• Knowledge of compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and helps to maintain high standards
• Closely tied to matters concerning the Employee Experience
• Experienced in crafting process to address scaling needs of the business
• Manage ER matters and work w/ Sr. leaders to communicate and manage development planning
• Produce ad-hoc reports as needed, keeping close eye on growth and attrition metrics
• Coach business leaders on key organizational and management issues
• Plan and lead organization design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles and/or processes that create speed and efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned
• Leader initiating global integration initiatives for the Business Partner units
• Proactively supports the delivery of PeopleOps processes to the assigned business unit
• Manages complex and difficult PeopleOps Projects cross-functionally
• Builds a strong business relationship with the internal business units and middle managers within the unit
• Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
• Aids recruiting with identifying the key talents for the assigned business unit
• Designs and maintain organization executive dashboard reporting to illustrate performance of the business unit
• Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
• Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
• Reports to Head of PeopleOps
Qualifications
• Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration
• Minimum of 4+ years prior experience in HRBP, and at least 2 years in am HR Management role
• Possesses critical thinking capability and hands-on Business plan implementation experience
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Effective oral and written communication skills, and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task
• Able to work with all levels of management and staff
• Demonstrated ability to work in and manage ambiguity – dealing with issues that do not always have a process or a system in place
• Demonstrated experience and ability to balance business partnering skills with employee advocacy
• Project Management and Change Management Skills
• Strong Business Acumen, and self-starter
• Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills
• Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
