Position Overview
Are you an architect with a passion for technology? Do you get excited by using new software and technology to help drive the design process? Do you follow trends like VR and AR, generative design, cloud-based collaboration, and BIM? Do you have a desire to use your architecture background and technical know-how to educate and inspire AEC professionals?
Autodesk is looking for technical evangelist to join our team as a Technical Marketing Manager for Architecture. In this role, you’ll own technical storytelling around our technology for architecture, and communicate those stories through compelling presentations and marketing and sales content.

Responsibilities
MARKETING SUPPORT:
• Create customer-facing marketing content, such as blog articles, social media content, workflow videos, screenshots & captions, and technical whitepapers
• Provide product and industry expertise for events such as conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and seminars
• Attend trade shows and conduct solution demonstrations
CHANNEL READINESS:
• Create sales tools, including datasets, presentations and scripted demos
• Train internal and external Application Engineers (AEs) on delivering product presentations and demonstrations
• Conduct on-going, detailed competitive analysis and produce documentation regarding competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, sales tactics, and pricing
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Deep knowledge of Autodesk Revit and knowledgeable of technology trends, including VR, Reality Capture, Sustainable Design, and Computational Design
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills required to build strong relationships
• Working knowledge of image/video editing and animation software (e.g. Paint Shop Pro, Camtasia)
• Travel: 20%, with some international
