Description
The Digital Analyst will be responsible for quantitative projects and analyses focused on viewership and performance metrics related to Fox’s suite of streaming apps. The Analyst is responsible for interpreting data from Adobe Analytics and Segment Analytics to report on core viewership and usage KPIs, measure the impact of app releases and features to grow the viewership audience and improve the FOX user experience.
Responsibilities
• Regular reporting on metrics and performance of FNG’s streaming apps, including Delta and Legacy, TV Everywhere (TVE) and our upcoming D2C subscription service.
• Ad hoc analyses into the performance of the apps, what is driving the underlying performance, the impact of app releases, content changes, marketing campaigns etc.
• Investigate platform performance issues so the fix can be prioritized and the Product team can adjust in an upcoming release.
• Make recommendations for UX/UI changes to the app(s) based on user usage patterns, in order to increase video starts, frequency, and ad revenue.
• Vendor management for project and deliverables impacting dashboards and reporting.
Qualifications
• BA/BS in business, computer science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of digital analytics experience.
• Adobe Workspace and Report Builder expert user level, strong story-telling and problem solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong Excel, Adobe analytics experience. Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools preferred.

The Fox Digital Consumer Group is a strategic business unit with a customer-driven focus that is leading the consumer-driven revolution in media and entertainment. The group is strengthening and improving Fox Networks’ already successful TV Everywhere apps as well as developing, building and executing new consumer offerings that deliver fantastic Fox content in new and exciting ways. Fox DCG is responsible for driving the development of platforms and capabilities and overseeing the ongoing enhancement and support of Fox Networks’ existing apps and TV Everywhere, including Fox Now, FX Now, Fox Sports Go and the National Geographic TV Apps, as well as the creation of new direct to consumer TV products. Additionally, they work hand-in-hand with the network marketing groups to promote awareness, adoption and usage of our TV Everywhere offerings, guide strategy and business development for new offerings, and manage key partner relationships (including the integration with Fox’s regional businesses in Europe, Asia and Latin America).
