Job Summary:
Responsible for gathering and analyzing information about a market, product, or service to be offered in a market, and the past, present,and potential customers for the product or service. Researches market conditions specific to area of focus to determine potential sales of product and provides research on behalf of customer. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
Core Responsibilities:
• Researches market conditions specific to area of focus to determine potential sales of product and provides research on behalf of customer.
• Gathers data on competitors; analyzes and compares such competitive factors.
• Prepares and submits statistical reports, graphic illustrations of findings, and action plan recommendations to marketing research management.
• Collects, examines, and analyzes statistical data using computer modeling techniques to forecast future marketing trends.
• Maintains updates on marketing research and new developments through contacts with educational institutions, professional organizations,publications, and vendors.
• Understands and practices various statistical concepts, research data,standards, and practices.
• Works directly with cross-functional teams and deparment leadership to create research presentations and summaries.
• Assists Representatives in developing research skills.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Support Billing Code request process.
• Reviewing Billing Code Request forms that are submitted to Marketing Ops. Ensure completeness and understandability.
• Enter and track billing code requests.
• Utilizing the OFA/Atlas system to enter billing code requests. Also utilizing a tracking mechanism to be able to report back to stakeholders on the status of those requests and ensuring all SLAs are met during the request process.
• Access and understand relevant systems. Be able to use systems effectively to research new and existing billing codes, products, promotions, etc. Includes systems such as SCRAM, OFA/Atlas, CSG, EDEN, Lavastorm/Cyfeon, etc.
• Support Frictionless related to the Marketing Operations tasks. Includes but not limited to: pricing, promotions, billing codes
• Support and maintain Playbook Database data.
• Perform on-demand support tasks.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent.
• Generally requires 2-5 years related experience.
