Project/Program Specialist

Responsibilities
• Project Manage Channel Partner mergers and acquisitions; document process, work directly with partner principals and key internal stakeholders
• Manage Deal registration program and referral program opportunities on an ongoing basis and report out on program metrics
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Partner Advantage Program to support the creation of ancillary program materials I.E FAQs, PowerPoints/Brainsharks, notifications, spiffs, program guides, training materials etc
• Assist Manager with other projects such as partner audits, partner target progress communications (monthly and quarterly progress reports), stack ranking reports
• Answer stakeholder queries in relation to managed projects.
• Manage additional projects such as partner compliance; from project plan, communication to delivery/execution
• Actively contribute to the programs/projects strategy, design, development, and implementation
• Manage all internal and external program/project communications
• Directly and independently work with Business partners & stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficient in Excel & analytics: ability to build complex/detailed reports & to analyze data
• Excellent communicator (oral & written) with a strong command of PowerPoint presentation skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• 3+ years of experience in program/project management
• Well organized, proven ability to work independently
• Ability to develop and execute on program plans, including project schedules
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, proven problem-solving skills
