Salesforce Administrator
Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Admin to join our top-notch Sales & Marketing Infrastructure team made up of administrators, analysts, and engineers. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our 4500+ user org, scaling, and improving Yelp's CRM system, leveraging your experience and deep knowledge of Salesforce to design both standard and creative solutions. You have a customer service-oriented mindset with an eagerness to learn, grow, develop and evangelize Salesforce technology across the organization.
What You Will Do:
• Manage end user day-to-day support and a high volume of requests that require careful scrutiny and emotional intelligence.
• Provide strong problem solving and technical skills to effectively design quality solutions.
• Participate in the testing and deployment of day-to-day and project-based configuration changes.
• Work with internal customers to understand their needs, identify the problem and direct them to the proper solution or provide instructions for self-help.
• Support change management (release) process to implement new as well as update existing applications.
• Partner with Business Systems Analysts to design and configure solutions that are scalable and meet the requirements of our internal stakeholders.
• Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand technical deficiencies of the product, define root causes, and implement proactive resolution design or solution.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, identify trends, and manage an escalation process including status updates to management and internal customers.
• Develop deep knowledge of Yelp’s business, processes, and technologies to proactively seek out inefficiencies and work cross-functionally to recommend action.
• Support and maintain effective relationships with customers and cross-functional teams such as Business Systems Analysts, Engineers, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years Salesforce.com administration experience & proven knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Force.com platforms.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience designing and developing in a collaborative and agile environment.
• Experience with 3rd party tools such as Zuora, Yesware, and Adobe E-sign preferred.
• Can read and understand Apex and Visualforce.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Salesforce Developer (preferred)
• Experience working in a heavily customized salesforce environment and/or working in a 3000+ user environment is a plus.
