We have an immediate opening for a Senior Analyst Claim Management.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all the claims submitted from the field are processed
• Evaluate the claims for completeness and accuracy and work with the field to ensure that all the data is gathered before the claims get billed
• Bill the claims on a timely basis with the goal to bill all submitted claims no later than 24 hours after the claims are received
• Manage the assigned inventory of claims that have not been submitted due to missing information to ensure all claims are submitted completely and accurately
• Reach out to the field personnel to ensure all delayed submittals are escalated if not processed within the SLAs
• Support the creation of monthly metrics for all internal key stakeholders
• Responsible for managing damages associated with locations
• Accountable for meeting damage recovery targets
Minimum Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to deal with multiple demands on time
• Ability to perform under pressure and deal with tight deadlines
• Be a flexible member of the team and support other members of the department with other work activities when required
• Logical with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and procedures
• Must be able to work with high degree of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be professional at all times
• Ability to rapidly develop strong rapport and build relationships with individuals and teams at multiple levels of the organization (e.g. Sales, Collections Operations)
• Will require direct communication with field technician and management to address timely submission of damage claims
• BS Degree in Finance, Business or related field or equivalent education and experience
• Four years experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with damage claim recovery in the Telecom industry
• Proficient with the utilization of collections software including Salesforce
• Solid experience in Telecom and Network
