Job Summary:
The person in this position implements assigned customer activities and projects which promote effective and beneficial use of company products. Works with casino management to offer recommendations and solutions for setting up software and hardware systems for each individual casino or customer.
Essential Job Functions:
• Provide consulting services to casino management enabling them to maximize their use of the company’s software systems
• Regularly monitors customer needs to establish consulting opportunities
• Maintains regular contact with company’s various departments to establish consulting opportunities
• Understands and maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements governing the company’s products
• Completes deliverables for activities and projects
• Prepares material and conducts presentations for management pertaining to specific features of the company’s software
• Provide training to casino employees on functions of all Bally Technologies’ software systems
• Prepares proposals and cost estimates for potential projects in the future
• Provides appropriate information exchange with all organizational units of the Company
• Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor
Position Requirements
Qualifications:
Training and/or Experience:
• MS Office, Unix, AIX, and Windows operating systems
• Two years’ experience in similar or related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals and documents
• Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary
• Ability to secure gaming license
• Knowledge of business management concepts, techniques, and functions
• Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis techniques
Education:
• Bachelors of Science, Computer Science, or Accounting preferred or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to travel extensively.
Work Conditions:
• The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
• Extensive travel required
