A production and post-production studio providing top-of-the-line creative services to the film, television, and commercial industries in New York City and Los Angeles.
Position Overview
Associates on the Client Services team are responsible for maintaining the standards of excellence within our studios and for overall guest experience. As a liaison between clients and staff, they are the front line of support and coordinate all happenings within the studios.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
● Management of studio spaces: coordination with vendors, upkeep, presentation, and ordering
● Facilitating client requests, supporting staff
● Answering phones, transferring calls, taking messages
● Maintaining food services/coffee/kitchen
● Managing studio budgets
Minimum Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university
● Minimum 3 years of professional Customer Service/Hospitality experience
● Outgoing and friendly personality
● High attention to detail
● Superior organization skills
● Ability to multi-task
● Excellent time management skills
● Superior writing skills
Ideal Candidate:
● 3+ years’ experience in Customer Service/ Hospitality
● Restaurant/hosting experience
● Film, television & entertainment experience
● Passion for and knowledge of film and television
● Strong aptitude for hospitality, networking and client interaction
● Innovative and conscientious team player
● Thrives in a busy environment
