Digital Marketing Manager, Trial Experience
Position Overview

Are you curious about customers - this position is all about getting into the head of customers, understanding who they are and what they want to do. You will use that deep understanding to ensure that their first interaction with our software products is engaging, enticing, and spot on with their needs. You will use your multi-modal marketing prowess to compel them to viscerally understand the value of our software and how it is critical to what they do.

Responsibilities
This is a very hands-on, roll up your sleeves marketing position. This job is equal parts Marketing Artist, someone who knows their way around all sorts of digital marketing –social, gamification, email, web, and Marketing Scientist (someone who has testing, campaign analysis and optimization in their DNA.) Plus a true team player - someone who leaves their ego at the door and works well with other teams at the company.
In this job you will create an amazing trial experience for new users, connecting with them on the web, in product and over emails. You will test into content and engagement strategies that enable prospects and customer to have the best experience possible demonstrating the power and usability of Autodesk solutions. You must be data-driven. You have experience with the creation, execution, analysis, and optimization of end-to-end customer nurture campaigns. You get bored easily so you enjoy being super flexible and working on multiple, simultaneous projects.
Minimum Qualifications
• Digital – Got it!
You have deep experience with email and web marketing. You know your way around marketing platforms and know the ins and outs of setting up campaigns in Marketo/Eloqua. You know how to create and manage audience specific nurture segments. You are a wiz at project management, QA, deployment, testing, and reporting. Experience with marketing gamification techniques to increase conversion a plus
• Pre-sales Marketing—You get sales!
Maybe you have a few years of field marketing under your belt or have worked on an ecommerce site—the prospect to customer journey is one you know well and the drive to increase sales conversions is in your blood
• Global-yet “get” marketing around the world!
You have a background in what works to drive sales as well as marketing tactics that work in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and beyond
• Quantitative – My dashboards are always open!
You are always asking “Is it working?” You have experience with tagging, SiteCatalyst, analysis and optimization. You know how to analyze data and turn learnings into strategic direction
• You ARE a Hi-Tech Digital Marketer!
You have worked in software technology marketing for 5 to 7 years, have executed multi-touch nurture campaigns, and have a passion for understanding and engaging different customer segments
• You are a great co-worker, everyone wants you on their team!
You are a team player, comfortable with the tactics and the strategy, colleagues say that you have outstanding interpersonal skills, you communicate well and are exceptional at juggling all the balls
