Position Overview
Autodesk’s award-winning Content Marketing & Social Media team is looking for a full stack digital marketer to lead engagement marketing programs utilizing audience growth & nurture strategies that help build awareness and trust for the Autodesk brand.
As Content Marketing Manager, Audience Growth & Nurture, you’ll utilize compelling storytelling to reach new audiences, and employ data-driven strategies to form lasting relationships with them across channels. The Content Marketing Manager, Audience Growth & Nurture role requires experience adapting and recycling content, publishing across channels, paid social media expertise and using data to grow audience engagement over time. Success requires strong relationship building and the ability to influence internal and external partners.
This role is strategy and execution focused, fusing organic & paid social media marketing, social community management, SEO, digital advertising, internal & external advocacy, and web optimization & growth practices. You’ll draw from your vast digital expertise to find and connect with the right audiences.

Responsibilities
• Spearhead audience growth and nurture for Autodesk owned media channels—including Redshift
• Build a team of internal partners and external resources to scale content amplification efforts
• Establish, apply, and evangelize global, content-led audience acquisition and nurture best practices across multiple marketing channels.
• Continually test and optimize; utilize learnings to inform future content creation & amplification
• Drive content strategy for campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
• Proven writing and storytelling experience in digital media, marketing, and social web capacities
• Experience promoting and amplifying content across digital channels, including organic and paid platforms
• Comfortable using data and analytics to set goals, track progress, and optimize outcomes. A background in tools such as Google Analytics, Marketo and Salesforce is preferred
• Familiar with email marketing best practices; applied experience growing content subscribers and developing comprehensive email drip nurture campaigns
• Strong relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to influence others and drive decisions
• Experience working with creative teams (internal & external), including writers and designers
• Passion for understanding audiences; ability to translate these insights into engaging communications
• Project management skills to develop and manage communication schedules and drive to deadline
• Ability to define and manage a set of goals involving diverse contributors and stakeholders
• Willingness to engage in both strategic and tactical work as business needs dictate
• Demonstrated initiative and self-driven attitude; you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Savvy with the latest trends in digital content best practices across web and mobile platforms
• Familiarity/experience with digital video creation and amplification a strong plus
• Proficient ability of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere
