Role Summary
The Manager of Holmdel Teleport role is to manage the Day-Day operations of the Teleport including but not limited to scheduling, documentation of all databases, first level support, implementation of new services and keeping up on the Teleports data and RF infrastructure through PM’s
Key Responsibilities
• Engineer and maintain stations Data, RF and Facilities infrastructure.
• Maintain superb customer support to all customers, internal and external.
• Manage scheduling, payroll and daily operations of staff.
• Coordinate implementation and documentation of new services.
• Maintain Operations databases and records.
• Responsible to maintain all Trouble ticketing for the station.
• 24/7 First level support for Operations.
• Responsible for technical development and training of operations staff.
• Responsible for purchasing and upkeep of Data and RF infrastructure.
• Responsible for tracking all equipment repairs.
• Responsible for all Building and Grounds Facilities
• Manage and coordinate Vendors and Contractors.
• Responsible for all station PM’s.
• Manage/maintain our ISO9001 certification
• Manage maintain our IA MAC Level 1 compliance
• Primary FSO for the Teleport
• Other related duties as may be assigned.
Key Accountabilities:
• Teleport availabily of 99.999%
• Teleport support 24x7 as defined on the company internal SLA
• Maintain the FSO and IA Level 1 requirements for the station.
Qualifications:
• 10 yrs experience in Teleport Operations
• Must maintain a Secret clearance.
