JOB SUMMARY
This position has focus on Eldorado casino resort properties located in the eastern United States, carrying out digital marketing duties as well as serving as corporate liaison for property needs. This individual is responsible for annual strategies and audience goals, digital marketing channel management, campaign optimization and analytics reporting. Individual will meet with property contacts on a regular basis, reviewing website, ecommerce performance, and implementing new tactics or tools to attain property marketing goals are also part of this position. This individual works to ensure all support from the Digital Marketing shared services department are functioning in an ideal manner to meet property needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and manage tasks related to SEO, email marketing, digital media, promotions management, mobile marketing, website activities, etc. for each property
• Works with property’s revenue management (or related staff) on promotional initiatives, executions, measurement and analysis.
• Maintains digital channels and facilitates campaigns through internal resources
• Applies and manages proper tracking across all channels (internal/external)
• Acts on dynamic campaign and promotions adjustments based on reported performance
• Assembles analytics and internal reports for property lead contacts
• Assists in coordinating on-property promotion of digital media initiatives such as email acquisition, mobile app promotion, social media contests, etc.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of digital media, website content or online promotional campaigns
Direct experience with interactive website operations, development or content.
Prior experience with development of social media, email marketing, and other interactive communication formats.
Prior experience with vendor negotiation and management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
Prior demonstrated and proven success with interactive marketing strategies.
Prior ecommerce experience with online product promotion, sale and fulfillment.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Knowledge of web marketing tools and ROI measurement.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Adobe Suite products
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
BS/BA in Business/Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
