JOB DESCRIPTION
The Townsquare Live Events Intern is responsible for assisting others with various tasks associated with marketing music festivals (Headwaters Country Jam, Country Jam, Taste of Country, Mountain Jam, We Fest) and expos (Arizona Bridal Show). This person will provide key support to the Events Marketing department. This is a comprehensive position and the Intern will be exposed to many aspects of the event process. We are looking for a driven individual with a passion for marketing.
OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. General administrative support
2. Help update Google Drive and Dropbox files as needed.
3. Assist Marketing Manager with Data Analyzation on Media Buys
4. Assist Marketing Associate with managing Street Teams
5. Assist Marketing Manager with organizing data from Media Buys
6. Assist staff with research, reporting, and document creation upon request.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Reliable transportation to our Greenwich, CT office.
2. Eager to learn while being proactive.
3. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
4. Willingness to travel to event should needs arise.
