The role:
The Fan Experience Product group (FXO) seeks a creative designer to support the Experience Design team in designing engaging, easy to use experiences for our millions of Ticketmaster fans that simplify and enrich the ticket buying and event-going experience.
What you’ll be doing:
• User-centered design, focusing not only on how the product looks but also how it works.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and other team members to solve the complex needs of our Ticketmaster fans and clients.
• Create mockups, prototypes and design specifications.
• Assist with user research and usability testing to validate design solutions, including analysis and synthesis of output from a variety of qualitative methodologies.
• Learn how Ticketmaster uses agile process and iterative development to rapidly deliver solutions.
What you need on your resume:
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in progress in digital/interaction design or related field.
• An online portfolio showcasing your experience with web-based application design.
• Familiarity with the latest UX design techniques and trends, including user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Invision and Zeplin.
