We’re looking for a Security Technical Program Manager to join Snap Inc! You will partner with our team working on risk management and compliance in order to accelerate building an ecosystem of trust around our products and services. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you will be responsible for helping to manage our information security risks and evangelizing a risk-based approach to information security throughout the company.
What you'll do:
• Perform risk assessments to effectively identify/measure information security risks and report potential adverse events to key stakeholders and business leadership
• Ensure that our risk management activities meet the requirements for industry-standard frameworks like NIST Cybersecurity Framework, HIPAA, ISO 27001, Trust Service Principles (SOC), and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
• Evangelize best practices for risk management, compliance, and vendor management across the company
• Define, build, and drive metrics to measure operational effectiveness of information security controls, projects, and programs
• Implement and/or monitor identified risk management projects and other corrective action tasks to completion
What we’re looking for:
• Experience working on risk management and compliance programs within the information security field
• Solid foundational knowledge of web security, mobile security, corporate security, and vulnerability management
• Skills in risk management, business risk analysis, and analyzing complex business/risk trade-off decisions
• BS in computer science or a related technical field / equivalent experience
• 4+ years of industry experience in information security or security engineering fields
