Summary
Responsible for directing procedures in Sales Operations and Support department. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.
Core Responsibilities
• Partner with Sales leaders and Marketing management to identify key initiatives, reports, functionality, and system tasks to support the sales process and drive productivity
• Lead and manage a team focused on sales enablement programs and tool strategy, creation, roadmap and delivery aligned with the sales process, selling motions and best practices.
• Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Gather feedback from sales leadership/teams on a regular basis to constantly improve sales support programs.
• Drive continuous innovation in sales enablement programs and tools to enhance overall excellence across the sales and service field teams.
• Ensure sales support initiatives covers market, competition, company, products and services, sales processes, sales methodology, manager, coaching, sales tools and skills training
• Manages partnership with Product Sales teams by overseeing report generation, sales packet compilation, and ad-hoc administrative support as it relates to client prospecting, renewals, and development.
• Leads the creation and maintenance of inside sales reports, as developed by members of the Product Sales Team.
• Works closely with Sales management, the Sales team, and the Marketing team to identify marketing prospects and support lead tracking initiatives.
• Oversees daily activity reports and reporting trends and makes recommendations as needed on changes to reports, tactics, and current strategy.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Generally requires 12+ years related experience
-Previous Sales Enablement experience strongly preferred
-Ideal candidates will have a blend of sales, marketing and leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead and run programs and drive initiatives around sales productivity
• Comcast Business experience preferred
